• Attend work having just consumed alcohol or while under the influence of drugs that have not been prescribed for the user or prescription medication that is being used improperly

• Be in possession of alcohol to another employee or other persons.

• Use drugs while at work that causes impairment whether under prescription or not.

Persons who have been prescribed medication must check with their General Physician that it will not cause the impairment while driving.
